工件從上一工序到達本工序,傳遞到預約地位,檢測開關檢測到工件,夾緊機構將工件送到檢測地位下方,頂升夾緊機構將工件頂起并夾緊定位,壓緊機構將工件壓緊,伺服機電扭轉動員工件扭轉,檢測機構檢測工件,檢測終了后及格產物經由進程傳遞機構傳遞到下一工序,對不及格產物可經由進程前面的分選機構分選。
The workpiece from last process of fitting-press machine to this process will be conveyed to the appointed position, workpiece will be detected by detecting switch and will be conveyed below detection position by clamping device. After test the qualified product will be conveyed to next process by transmission device, and the unqualified one will be selected out by the selecting mechanism.
